BEEF TENDERLOIN TIPS
Perfect for the grill. Incredible flavor with Bourbon Street marinade. Twelve (12) servings. (From frozen) Grill or broil 15-20 minutes turning as needed.

CHATEAUBRIAND
The heart of the tenderloin, trimmed and aged to perfection. Perfect for the holidays or special dinners. When you need to impress that important person, our Chateaubriand will do it. Three (3) per box. Twelve servings total. (Defrost) Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min.

STEAK BURGERS
Lean and extremely tasty. Great for grilling, tacos, spaghetti sauces, or chili. (From frozen) Broil or BBQ until desired doneness (Defrost) For meatloaf, meatballs, etc. - 12 large burgers.

BEEF ROASTS
Two (2) sirloin Silver tip beef roast. Roast at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 min.

FILET MIGNON
The Rolls-Royce of all steaks! Nothing but the finest cuts of the tenderloin, aged to perfection. So tender you can cut it with a fork. Six (6) portions (Defrost) Broil or BBQ 8 min. for rare, 10 min. for medium, or 12 min. for well done. Turn once while cooking. Can also be cooked from frozen with cooking time extended.

FILET OF SIRLOIN
Six (6) sirloin steaks. Known for its distinctive texture and hearty flavor. A very flavorful cut. Perfect for Surf-N-Turf or great for tips.

NEW YORK STRIP STEAKS
Four (4) tender, juicy and well marbled center 1" boneless cuts of the sirloin are trimmed to perfection. For added flavor our steaks are aged 28 days. (Defrost) Broil or BBQ 10 min. for rare, 12 min. for medium or 14 min. for well done. Turn once while cooking. Can be cooked from frozen with cooking time extended.

PRIME STEAKS
A juicy cut from the center of the succulent prime rib. Hand trimmed and aged 28 days for perfect flavor and tenderness. Four (4) per box.

PRIME RIB ROASTS
Two (2) center cut rib roasts. Slice your own portion of prime rib from this boneless naturally aged and extremely juicy roast. Six to eight servings per roast, (Defrost) Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 20 min. per pound.

PORTERHOUSE
Four (4) double thick steaks. A hearty New York strip steak on one side of the bone and a melt in your mouth filet mignon on the other side to form the king of all steaks.

BOURBON STEAKS
Five (5) Black Diamond Teriyaki steaks marinated in a low-salt Teriyaki sauce. If flavor and tenderness are your top priority, this is the ideal item for your broiler or grill. (From frozen) Broil approx. 15 min. turning once.
